Say The third week in advent we discovered joy. Joy in the angel’s announcements of John the Baptist and Jesus. Joy in the light of the world coming to us. Joy in God’s promises kept.

Sing Joy to the World
Say The fourth week in advent we heard of peace to come from the angels. Our Lord and Savior was born and it was told to lowly shepherds and wise men from the east.

Sing Hark the Herald Angels Sing
Say And now today, on Christmas day, we light our Christ candle. The Christ candle sits in the middle of our wreath, just as Jesus Christ is the center of our life and our family. The Christ candle brings more light to our room just as Jesus Christ brings light to our dark world.
